DEV MANUFACTURING EDITION

FACTORY

From raw-material receiving to final packing, DEV manufacturing is presented in an editorial report layout. Each section reads as an independent report with key process criteria and quality perspective.

CHAPTER 01

RAW MATERIAL

Reliability starts with material verification.

Decisions at raw-material intake determine all downstream processes. Chemical composition, mechanical properties, and heat-treatment history are cross-checked immediately on receipt.

MTC Match Heat No Control Incoming Check

By matching MTC and specifications, we assign lot-level trace keys and prevent mix-ups in advance. The stronger this step, the lower the downstream machining variation.

"A good valve starts with strong material verification before design."

Editorial Note · This process summary is based on production-team interviews, process records, and inspection history.

CHAPTER 02

FORMING

A production rhythm that secures quality, lead time, and traceability at once.

This stage converts product specifications into real performance. The standard is not simply to make parts, but to reproduce the same result in repeated production.

Traceability Repeatability Field Reliability

On site, dimensions, materials, heat history, and inspection records are managed as one flow. The final valve is delivered not only as a finished part, but as a reliable project outcome.

"Process maturity is measured not by one success, but by the ability to maintain the same standard in repeated production."

Editorial Note · This process summary is based on production-team interviews, process records, and inspection history.

MACHINING

Dimensional tolerance is the language of reliable sealing.

Machining requires precision control not only to meet drawing dimensions but also to ensure assembly fit and operating load behavior.

Tolerance Surface Finish Tool Compensation

By continuously compensating for tool wear and thermal distortion, we keep tolerances stable across repeated production. Quality is repeatable precision, not one-time precision.

"Precision machining is preparation for leak-free operation, not just dimensional achievement."

Editorial Note · This process summary is based on production-team interviews, process records, and inspection history.

ASSEMBLY

Assembly converts component quality into system performance.

Even when each component meets spec, unstable assembly standards lead to unstable final performance.

Torque Rule Seal Check Motion Fit

Torque control, sealing-surface condition, and internal interference are managed by checklist to improve operational stability. Finished-product quality is completed by disciplined assembly.

"Assembly standards become field-performance standards."

TESTING

Testing is not pass/fail paperwork; it is a risk-removal process.

Pressure and leak testing goes beyond nominal criteria to verify safety margin under real operating conditions.

Pressure Test Leak Test Record Integrity

Test results are accumulated as traceable history data, documented for immediate root-cause tracking when needed. Shipment means risk resolved, not merely test completed.

"Test data is a risk-removal record, not just a pass sheet."

PACKING DELIVERY

Shipment packing is the final process and the first field response.

Packing is designed to preserve product condition and documentation integrity through transport shock and humidity changes.

Shock Control Humidity Guard Label Trace

Labels, lot IDs, and inspection records are integrated with packaging so traceability continues to field installation. Delivery quality is finally validated in logistics.

"Packing is the last quality process that extends to field installation, not transport alone."

Editorial Note · This process summary is based on production-team interviews, process records, and inspection history.
